We have had Trident windows replace all windows and doors in a phased approach over the last couple of years.  We have found their pricing to be competitive and the sales service efficient and friendly.   Survey and subsequent installation has always happened as planned and fitters work in a clean and tidy manner.  We did have an after install issue on one occasion and a phone call to the office saw a fitter quickly come round and the issue resolved the same day.

Fantastic service from Trident Windows who fixed one of our window frames, enabled us to open our kitchen window again, fitted new glass in one of our windows and enabled us to shut two small windows that hadn't shut properly in years. From the initial consultation done by Glenn to the measurements and then final fitting by Alex and Simon, it was a great experience and pleasure dealing with all of them. Not only are our windows fixed now, they even re-aligned our front door which now opens and closes much better (and wasn't even something we knew we needed doing). Glen has been brilliant from the start, listening to what we wanted and giving us advice on what would suit us based on what we were planning to do with the property. This was unlike others who came to quote us, and very much why we chose Trident!

The guys who came and rectified issues with our existing windows (not fitted by Trident) and fit our new window and doors, were also great, polite, friendly and tidy. The office staff have also been great and helped us rectify a slight issue that we had with our front door quickly and with no bother. Thank you.

We recently had a double glazed door fitted. This is our second project with Trident. From start to finish they were extremely professional in making sure from initial quote (very competitive) to fitting was a seamless experience.
